『国際バカロレア教育研究』第8巻 編集委員会からのお願い

会員の皆様へ
日本国際バカロレア教育学会 学会誌編集委員会でございます。
会員の皆様には、いつも学会誌発行に関してご協力いただきありがとうございます。
さて、学会誌編集委員会では、毎年1回、秋に学会誌を発行しております。
『国際バカロレア教育研究』第8巻につきましては、8月中旬に印刷所へ入稿、10月末ごろの発行・発送となる予定です。
学会誌の発行部数につきましては、毎年「年会費支払い済み会員数」を基準に決定しております。また、学会誌はミータスに登録している住所に送付されます。
つきましては、会員の皆様に下記3点についてご確認いただきたく、どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
・『国際バカロレア教育研究』第8巻の送付は、8月16日(金)までに2024年度会費を納入している会員に郵送されます。まだ、学会年会費を納入されていない会員の方は、お忘れなくお支払いいただきますようお願いいたします。(ちなみに2024年度とは、2024年4月から2025年3月までの期間となります。また、年会費の支払いはミータスでご確認いただけます。)
・送付宛て先は、8月16日(金)にミータス登録されている住所となります。所属変更や引っ越しなどで住所が変わっている場合は、新しい住所への変更をお願いします。番地やアパート名が不明なため「宛先不明」で返送されてくるケースが多くなっております。学会誌は、印刷所から直接、会員のみなさまに送られます。住所は正確にご入力ください。
・宛先不明で学会誌が戻ってきた場合、経費が二重にかかるため再送は致しません。今年度より、再送をご希望の場合は、送料＋手数料をいただきます。なお、会員数＋αのみ印刷しておりますので、残部が無くなった場合は、ご容赦ください。

Dear Members
The Japan Association for Research into IB Education (JARIBE) publishes an academic journal once a year in the fall. The Volume 8 of the Journal will be submitted to the printing company in mid-August, and will be published and shipped around the end of October.
The number of copies of the journal is determined each year based on the number of members who have paid the annual membership fee. The journal will be sent to the address registered in Metus (ミータス).
Therefore, we would like to inform you of the following information. Please take a moment to read the notes below.
(1) Volume 8 of the Journal of International Baccalaureate Education will be mailed to members who have paid the 2024 membership fee by Friday, August 16. If you have not yet paid your annual membership fee, please do not forget to do so. Your 2024 annual membership fee covers from April, 2024 to May, 2025, but need to be paid the fee by the above date to receive the journal. You may want to check if you paid your 2024 annual membership fee through Metus (ミータス).
(2) The mailing address will be the one registered in Metus (ミータス) on August 16 (Fri.). If your address has changed due to a change of affiliation or a move, please update the new address. There have been cases that the journal was returned to the printing company as “undeliverable” because the address number or apartment name was unknown. The journal is sent directly from the printing company to you. Please make sure to enter your address correctly.
(3) If we receive a returned copy of the journal with an “undeliverable address,” we will not resend it to you due to the double cost. From this year, if you wish to have the journal resent, we may charge you postage and handling fee. Please note that we only print enough copies for the number of members and some extra. We may not be able to send you in the case the journal is run out.
