場所： 横浜市立大学 金沢八景キャンパス（神奈川県横浜市金沢区瀬戸22-2）
参加費： 一般3,000円／学生2,000円（会員・非会員問わず）
懇親会費： 一般4,000円／学生3,000円（会員・非会員問わず）
お弁当代： 1,000円
※公開シンポジウムのみの参加は無料です。
参加費・懇親会費・お弁当代は当日受付にてお支払いください。

大会会場は正門を入って右側の「YCUスクエア」です。
懇親会は、キャンパス奥の「シーガルセンター」で立食形式で開催します。
◆ お弁当の注文 ※要事前予約
ご希望の方にはお弁当（1,000円）をご用意いたしますので、「第8回大会の参加申し込みフォーム」にてお申し込みください。
昼食をご自身で持参される場合は、金沢八景駅周辺のコンビニが利用可能です。
※大学から京浜急行線の踏切を渡って徒歩４分ほどのイオン金沢八景ショッピングセンターには飲食店やフードコートがありますが、休日の昼間は大変混雑します。
◆ ホテルのご案内
京浜急行線の主要駅である「横浜駅」（約20分）「京急川崎駅」（約30分）等の周辺のホテルが便利です。
本学最寄りの金沢八景駅周辺の宿泊施設は、小規模な旅館やホテルのみになります。
◆ 関連イベント
大会前日の9月17日（日）14:00～17:00には、岡山大学、国際基督教大学、上智大学、そして横浜市立大学の「国際バカロレア（IB）入試」に関する合同説明会が開催されます。
大会と同じ金沢八景キャンパスでの対面会場と、Zoomウェビナーを用いたオンライン配信（Zoomウェビナー）の併用で開催しますので、遠隔地からも視聴可能です。

The conference venue is called “YCU Square” on the right side after entering through the main gate.
The reception will be held in the “Seagull Center” at the back of the campus in a standing buffet style.
◆ Lunch Order *Reservation Only
If you would like to order a lunch box (1,000 JPY), please order through the “8th Conference Registration Form”. If you prefer to bring your own lunch, there are convenience stores around Kanazawa Hakkei Station.
*Please note that the Aeon Kanazawa Hakkei Shopping Center, about a 4-minute walk across the Keikyu Line’s level crossing from the university, has various restaurants and a food court, but it gets crowded during the day, especially on the weekends.
◆ Hotel Information
Hotels around major Keikyu Line stations, such as “Yokohama Station” (approximately 20 minutes) and “Keikyu Kawasaki Station” (approximately 30 minutes), are convenient. Please be aware that there are only a few small inns and hotels near Kanazawa Hakkei Station, which is the nearest station to the university.
◆ Related Event
On September 17 (Sunday), the day before the conference, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, a joint information session on “International Baccalaureate (IB) Admissions” will be held by Okayama University, International Christian University, Sophia University, and Yokohama City University.
It is a hybrid event in which the venue will be held at Kanazawa Hakkei Campus and online via Zoom Webinar.
