1 Registration Fee
1.1 Early registration
Conference fee for JARIBE members: ¥4,000 Banquet fee for JARIBE members: ¥4,500
Conference fee for students: ¥2,000 Banquet fee for students: ¥2,000
1.2 Registration on the day(*)
Conference fee for JARIBE members: ¥4,500 Banquet fee for JARIBE members: ¥5,500
Conference fee for students: ¥2,500 Banquet fee for students: ¥3,000
(*) For on-the-day registrations, participation in the reception will be on a first-come, first served basis.
(*) Please note: We are not accepting the early registration for Non-JARIBE members.
Non-JARIBE members can only register on the day of the conference. You may enter the conference upon paying the fee which is written in '1.2 Registration on the day'.

※Only JARIBE members may apply to present (including co-presenters).

4 Applying to run a round table
We are planning to run roundtables, held by members. If you would like to host a round table, please contact through the email below by 11:59 PM (Tokyo time) on 31st May 2019.
Please note that:
– Those giving oral and poster sessions may not take host round tables.
– Only JARIBE members may organize round tables
Please write answers to the following items in a document and submit it as an attached file to our email address.

Submission starts: Friday, 13rd April
Submission ends: Friday, 31st May, 11:59 PM (Tokyo Time, GST+9)
Decisions announced: Friday, 21st June
Presentation abstract submission deadline: Thursday, 25th July, 11:59 (Tokyo Time, GST+9)
Programme details to be announced on Saturday, 10th August.
6 Peer Review of Submissions
Notification of acceptance/rejection will be sent via email.
All submissions are peer-reviewed by the JARIBE 4th Conference Review Committee.
